Evan Gross - Maria

I love pretty much everything that Evan does on the guitar. Here is one of his newly recorded songs recorded by Adam. It's mainly just Evan singing and playing the guitar with a sweet stereophonic banjo interlude. This song is really catchy.

Damien Rice

Damien Rice is great. He's a pretty mellow guitarist and singer that cranks out awesome songs. I hate to use such generic words to describe him but he just blows me away and I can't think of any way to describe him. To tell the truth, I have not met anyone that has heard him that hasn't loved his stuff. Nine out of ten people that I introduce to him want me to give them his songs for keepsies. You can be one of those cool nine people and have some of his songs.

Damien Rice - Volcano (3.19MB@9Kbps)

This track is mellow. He is singing to some girl and she sings back and then they sing together. It's chill. It was the only slow dancing song I tried to play at Sesha's sweet Sweet Sixteen party that was really accepted by people. It makes a great swing dancing song too. A bit inside, I know.

Damien Rice - I Remember(5.13MB@9Kbps)

I love this track. I would even go as far as to say that I would include it in a list of my all time top 10 favorite songs. The first part of this 5 minutes and 31 second track has the girl, I need to find out her name, singing quite softly about remembering the first time that she saw a guy. Then he comes in singing about her and their relationship or something. I really have no idea what he is talking about, but that's not the cool part about his side of the track. He gradually ups the intensity of his singing and the instruments follow suit. Eventually everything just takes off and EXPLODES. When I turn it up and listen to it when no one else is around I get chills down my back.

Here's a new thing where I tell you to buy the album. I know I will actually buy it soon enough.
